Sample Type: 10 ml. (5 ml. Minimum) Well mixed aliquot of 24 Hour Urine in sterile, screw capped container.
Instruction: Keep sample refrigerated during collection. Add boric acid (1 gm / 100 ml. of urine) to the 24 hour collection to maintain pH below 7.5, mix well and take the aliquot. Record & Mention 24-hour volume on urine container and test requisition form.
